Metal Casting

Now it is possible to quickly turn your ideas in metallic parts in short periods of time. Instead of months to generate a metal part, the rapid prototyping processes can produce parts in weeks.

The QUICKCAST™ build style produces hollow stereolithography parts. It is used as a lost wax pattern in the investment casting process. This allows your concept to go from idea to a metal part in a matter of weeks.

Maximum one piece build size is 20 x 20 x 20 inches.

We use a variety of sources that can provide prototype metal casting.

Investment Casting: A wide variety of materials can be investment cast. Excellent for small quantities.

Plaster Casting: Available for lower temperature melt materials: Aluminum, zinc and bronze. Cost effective for short production runs.
